We’re Closing Our Doors on 21 December 2024
To our beloved lovesoul community,
After 12 incredible years of nurturing our beautiful community within our healing sanctuary , it’s with mixed emotions that I announce we’ll be closing our doors on 21st December 2024.
This decision comes from a deep need to focus on motherhood and personal wellness, and to practice what I’ve long preached — self care & soul care. As much as I love what I do, the reality is that I’ve been wearing too many hats and pouring from an empty cup. I need this time to focus on my family, to refill my own cup, so that one day I can return to this passion with renewed energy and love.
I am so grateful for the support, love, and trust you’ve shown me over the years. It’s been an honour to care for you. Together, we’ve created something truly special, and I feel blessed to have been part of your self care journey.
While we’re sad to say goodbye for now, we’ll continue to offer services and products until the closing date.
For those of you who would like to stay in touch or be updated on the possibility of a future re-opening, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I would love to keep you in the loop when the time feels right to return.

What You Need to Know About Our Closure
When is the final closing date?
Our last day of operation will be Saturday, 21st December 2024. We will be open on this day, but with very limited availability leading up to this date.
Can I still book appointments?
Yes, we are accepting bookings until 21st December, but please be aware that availability is limited, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible.
All appointments currently booked between now and our closure date are going ahead as usual.
We are opening more appointment slots on a weekly basis as our personal schedules allow, and priority is given to gift voucher holders and regular clients. We will contact you directly if a spot opens up that matches your availability, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee an appointment due to high demand. What happens to my gift voucher?
All outstanding gift vouchers must be redeemed by 21st December.
Vouchers can be used for either services (based on availability) or products from our online store. I understand that our limited availability may make it difficult to secure an appointment. If we are unable to accommodate an appointment, your voucher can be redeemed for its original purchase value in our online store (for example, if you have a 60-minute massage voucher valued at $111, you can use that amount towards skincare or other products).
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for unredeemed vouchers, and we cannot accept vouchers passed your expiry date.
To redeem your voucher through our online store, you’ll need to create an account first, then get in touch with us so we can load your voucher onto your account for you to use your voucher code as a promo code at checkout.

Can I purchase more gift vouchers?
No, we are no longer selling gift vouchers. However, any outstanding vouchers can be redeemed until 21st December as mentioned above.
What about skin care products?
Our products will be available for purchase while stocks last or until 21st December. We understand that many of you rely on us for your skincare needs, and we want to ensure a smooth transition. If you’d like to continue purchasing products, please contact us before 21st December. After we close, we may still offer products on a limited basis, but this will be determined based on interest and we will provide guidance before we close.
Products will be available for purchase while stocks last. We encourage you to buy early, as supplies may be limited. Some brands such as COOLA Suncare will not be reordered so unavailable once stocks run out.

What happens after the closure?
After 21st December, the business will officially close. If you need to contact us regarding products or future updates, please do so before this date.
Will Emma continue offering treatments?
Emma’s future plans are still to be confirmed, but she does intend to continue. If you’d like to receive updates about her future location, please let us know.
Where do I go for treatments beyond lovesoul’s closure?
As above, we’ll give you an update in time about Emma’s future location & plans. If you’d like to get in touch about services beyond our closure otherwise, please do so closer to our closure date and we will do our best to connect you with someone we trust to continue your care.
How can I stay in touch and receive updates about Hannah’s potential re-opening?
If you’d like to stay in the loop, please email me or click the link below to provide your contact details. While I have no timeline here, I will be in touch with any news about any potential re-opening in the future.
Who is taking over the current premises?
A great question! Nobody lined up for skin, beauty & spa at this stage, but if you’re interested I encourage you to please get in touch to discuss with me. If you’re not in the same industry but still looking for a local space to lease, please also get in touch. We’re putting the word out as we speak.
I’ll also have some of our well-looked-after equipment for sale between now and closure should you know of any beauty therapists interested.
